What does AnalyseAI do?
It answers questions about your accounts and stock, live from your own TallyPrime, in plain language, with the report as a PDF or Excel, on WhatsApp and the web. Sales, purchases, receivables, day book, ledgers, stock by godown, invoice copies.
Do I need to know how to use Tally?
No. AnalyseAI is designed for business owners who don't want to navigate Tally themselves. You simply ask what you need in natural language.
Does AnalyseAI change anything in Tally?
No. AnalyseAI is read-only and cannot create, edit or delete your Tally entries. The connector refuses anything that isn't a read.
Do I need to replace TallyPrime?
No. AnalyseAI works with your existing TallyPrime setup. Nothing is migrated.
Does Tally need to stay open?
Yes. AnalyseAI reads your data through Tally itself, so Tally needs to be open, with the companies you ask about loaded. The connector keeps running in the background, so answers arrive the moment Tally is up.
Do I need to install anything?
One small connector on the Windows PC where Tally runs, paired once with the code AnalyseAI shows you. It takes a couple of minutes, and nothing else changes on your computers.
Can multiple people use AnalyseAI?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can add multiple users and control which companies and reports each person can access.
Can I connect multiple Tally companies?
Yes. The number of companies depends on your plan.
Can I use WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp is an additional way to access the same AnalyseAI assistant, with the same answers and reports.
Can I download reports?
Yes. AnalyseAI can generate reports as PDF and Excel files.
What happens if AnalyseAI doesn't understand my question?
It asks you for exactly what's missing (the period, the company, which of two similarly named parties), or tells you plainly when it cannot answer.
What languages can I use?
English, Hindi, Kannada, Arabic and other supported languages, or the mix your team actually types.
