Shipping and delivery policy

1. How the service is delivered

• Your plan is switched on in your AnalyseAI account as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a minute. You can start asking questions straight away on the web and, where your plan includes it, on WhatsApp.
• A top-up is added to your AI allowance as soon as its payment succeeds.
• The Windows connector that links your Tally is downloaded from your account and installed on your own computer.
• Invoices are emailed and are always available in Settings → Usage & plan.

2. Where it is available

The service is available online in India, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia and other countries, priced in the local currency shown at checkout.

3. If something doesn't arrive

If your plan or top-up isn't active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, write to hello@tegain.com or call +91 8848 006 882 with the Razorpay payment ID. We will switch it on or refund the payment.
